Doyle named senior food technologist at Takasago

ROCKLEIGH, N.J. — Theresa Doyle has been named senior food technologist for Takasago International Corp. She will report to Amby Mankoo, vice-president, Flavors R&D. Ms. Doyle primarily will focus on sweet products, but her responsibilities will not be limited to the confectionery, bakery, cereal, functional bar, dessert and filling segments.

Ms. Doyle previously worked as a senior food technologist for Kerry Foods. She received a bachelor’s of science degree in foods and nutrition from Marymount College, part of Fordham University in New York.
