Future Food Congress to be held later this month

HENDERSON, NEV. — The 2009 Future Food Congress will be held at The Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nev., from March 29 to 31.

The program is designed to help food industry manufacturers overcome challenges and work toward solutions by bringing together some of the industry’s leading experts and innovators.

The event is for 100 vice-presidents and executives from the industry who will come together for keynote presentations, closed roundtable sessions and workshops.

Some of the topics to be discussed include energy from waste, crisis management and recall strategies, supply chains, reducing water footprint, exceeding regulations for food safety and more.
