Dip flavors dress up fruit, vegetables, crackers

ST. FRANCIS, WIS. – Wixon, Inc. has introduced savory dip flavors designed to dress up fruit, vegetables and crackers. The flavors include:

· Asiago spinach – Spinach, red bell pepper, onion, garlic and savory seasonings complement the Asiago cheese flavor. Cheese, whey and buttermilk give the flavor a smooth richness;

· buffalo wing and blue cheese – The flavor of buffalo wings is paired with blue cheese dressing, tomato and green onion;

· cheddar jack black bean – A Tex-Mex style seasoning with Monterey Jack cheese, garlic, spices, red bell pepper, lime juice and black bean bits;

· chili con queso – Chilies covered in a rich cheddar sauce. Onions, green bell peppers, chipotle chili peppers, garlic and paprika all add a bold taste;

· Peruvian sour orange – A spicy and sour orange flavor blended with garlic, soy sauce, chili and jalapeno peppers, and lime juice.
