Fisher Nuts introduces convenience-store options

ELGIN, ILL. — Fisher Nuts is offering an assortment of nut snacks for convenience stores.
The nuts include varieties such as roasted and salted, honey roasted, hot and spicy, sour cream and onion, Cajun salsa, and sea salt and vinegar. Other flavors include dry roasted pistachios, roasted and salted almonds, deluxe whole cashews, cashew halves and pieces, traditional trail mix, deluxe mixed nuts, and a cashew/almond/cranberry energy blend.
"The snack market is huge, and consumers tend to grab and go when they’re on the road or between tasks," said Julie Narganag, director of corporate marketing for national brands at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc., the parent company of Fisher. "With our new line of Fisher single-serve and convenience store snacks, consumers can be assured of a wide range of textures and flavors plus good nutrition and substance when they’re in a hurry and want something satisfying."
The products are available in tube and stand-up packages ranging from 1.5-oz to 2.5-oz each.
