Reser's opens new customer R.&D. center

BEAVERTON, ORE. — Reser’s is opening a new customer R.&D. center located at the company’s corporate headquarters in Oregon. Reser’s is a manufacturer and distributor of refrigerated food products.
"This is where ideas become a reality," said Barbara Jordan, director of research and development. "Many retailers are looking for ways to offer a restaurant-like experience in their in-store delis. And many food service operators want to entice budget-conscious consumers back into restaurants with unique menu items and greater value. In our R.&D. center, we have the tools, culinary expertise, market leadership and passion to help customers achieve these and other business goals."
The new center occupies more than 10,000 square feet of space and will help food service operators and retailers create more appealing menus, leverage the latest flavor trends, meet regional taste preferences, reduce food costs, and more.
