MINNEAPOLIS — Progresso is introducing a new line of high-fiber soups that will be available in grocery stores this fall.
The new high-fiber line will include varieties such as Chicken Tuscany, Creamy Tomato Basil, Hearty Vegetables and Noodles, and Homestyle Minestrone. All varieties have no added MSG, no artificial flavors and 7 grams of fiber per serving.
"Increasingly, consumers are looking for foods with health-enhancing benefits that don’t sacrifice taste or convenience," said Chad Johnson, marketing manager for Progresso soup. "Progresso is in a position to respond quickly to consumer feedback by introducing healthy innovations that taste great."
The new line will continue Progresso’s focus on healthy innovations, which includes the Progresso Light line.
