Technomic partners with GuestMetrics

CHICAGO — Market research firm Technomic, Inc. has formed a strategic alliance with GuestMetrics in which the two companies will provide detailed market analysis on consumer food service expenditures.
As part of the partnership, Technomic said it will use GuestMetrics’ aggregated point-of-sale data from more than 2,500 restaurant, bar and other away-from-home locations in 10 markets to develop "unique, first-of-its-kind analysis" and reporting tools on beverage alcohol sales and food consumption away from home.
