Johnsonville launches fully cooked sausage slices

SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WIS. — Johnsonville has introduced Fully Cooked Ultimate Sausage Slices in Andouille, Italian and Hot ‘n’ Spicy flavors.

"That’s why we developed Ultimate Sausage Slices, to offer optimal cooking convenience coupled with the unparalleled flavor of Johnsonville sausage products. New brat slices merely reflect the latest innovation in our ongoing mission to offer meaningful menu solutions to our customers."
The product is a pork sausage with the texture of a brat sliced a quarter-inch think. The meat is packed frozen for storage convenience with two 5-lb packages to a case.
