More Than Gourmet launches ingredient group

AKRON, OHIO — More Than Gourmet, a producer of gourmet stocks and sauces, has created a new unit, called the Culinary Ingredient Group, to serve the food manufacturing sector. The new unit will provide pure beef concentrates and a variety of bases to food manufactures.
"C.I.G. focuses all its attention on concentrates and bases that our customers not only trust but value as essential to the quality of their finished products," said Bill Finnegan, president of More Than Gourmet. "Everything we prepare reflects our scrupulous care and uncompromising quality."
The new line includes veal and beef demi glaces, venison, lamb, roasted chicken, chicken, roasted turkey, roasted duck and chicken, duck fat, fish, seafood, roasted vegetable, vegetable and mushroom bases.
