GLENDALE, CALIF. — Nestle Professional has agreed to acquire Tampa, Fla.-based Vitality Foodservice Inc., a beverage solution provider to the food service industry. Nestle Professional is a global food service manufacturer that provides the commercial and institutional restaurant industry with branded hot and cold non-carbonated beverages under the Nescafe, Coffee-mate, Nesquik, Nestea and Nestle brands.
