Roland Foods launches Vegetable Tray Packs

NEW YORK — Roland Foods, a family-owned company that supplies products to food service and retail outlets, has launched Vegetable Tray Packs. The packs contain all-natural, kosher vegetables that are packed in sunflower oil and are ready to use straight from the tray.

“Our new Vegetable Tray Packs are a convenient and delicious way to save time in the kitchen without sacrificing taste or fresh flavor,” said Lisa Kartzman, director of marketing and public relations for Roland Foods.

According to Roland Foods, the tray packs may be served as an appetizer, as part of a salad or antipasto, as a side dish, or warmed and served as an accompaniment to an entree.

The Vegetable Tray Packs are available in six varieties: grilled piquillo peppers, grilled artichoke hearts, artichoke halves, grilled eggplant, roasted red pepper halves and grilled white asparagus.
