ORRVILLE, OHIO — The J.M. Smucker Co. has introduced a redesigned “smiley face” bottle cap for its microwavable varieties of Hungry Jack Syrup. According to Smucker, the newly-redesigned cap “skips the drip and allows for a more controlled pour.”
The new cap is available on all bottles of 27.6-oz Hungry Jack microwavable syrups, which also feature a stay-cool handle for safety after heating. The syrups have a suggested retail price of $2.99 to $3.99.
“We know breakfast is a special time to spend with family, so we strive to make preparing and enjoying meals easy and fuss free,” said Maribeth Badertscher, vice-president of corporate communications for J.M. Smucker. “We hope the new-and-improved Hungry Jack syrup bottle cap with a no-drip, easy-pour design will allow families to enjoy time around the breakfast table even more.”
