MIAMI — Burger King Corp. on Sept. 7 unveiled its largest menu expansion ever with the introduction of nine new BK Breakfast Menu items.
The new items include a ciabatta club sandwich, mini blueberry biscuits, three types of platters featuring pancakes and sausage, Seattle’s Best Coffee, and three flavors of Iced Seattle’s Best Coffee: mocha, vanilla and regular.
“We’re ready to compete to be America’s wake-up call with our new BK Breakfast Menu,” said Mike Kappitt, chief marketing officer for North America. “We’re recognized far and wide for our superior burgers, and we’re confident guests will know and love us for breakfast as well.”
The new breakfast items, which will be available until 10:30 a.m. daily, join existing products such as the Croissan’wich, a muffin sandwich and a breakfast bowl.
Prices for the new items range from $1 for the four-piece mini blueberry biscuits to $4.29 for the ultimate breakfast platter that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuit and pancakes. The mini blueberry biscuits will be part of the BK Breakfast Value Menu, which also includes Cini-minis, three-piece French toast sticks and the muffin sandwich.
