IDF, ADF hire v.p. of sales and marketing

SPRINGFIELD, MO. — Stephanie Lynch has been named vice-president of sales and marketing for International Dehydrated Foods, Inc. (IDF) and American Dehydrated Foods (ADF). She will be responsible for global sales, marketing and business development.
Ms. Lynch previously was director of health and wellness for Virginia Dare and global market manager for The Dow Chemical Co.’s Food and Nutrition Business while living in Zurich, Switzerland. She is co-author of several patents filed on the health benefits of cellulosic dietary fibers. Ms. Lynch also was a food scientist and project leader at Thomas J. Lipton (Unilever) in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. She received a bachelor’s degree in food science from Rutgers University.
IDF produces a variety of poultry and meat products. ADF supplies pet food ingredients.
