Hormel announces leadership changes

AUSTIN, MINN. — James R. Hoffman, vice-president of Hormel Foods International Corp. for the Americas, is set to retire effective Jan. 27, according to Hormel Foods Corp.

Mr. Hoffman will be succeeded by Maureen A. Lilly. Ms. Lilly will oversee sales and marketing of consumer products and food service for Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico and South America.

Cheryl Berry will replace Ms. Lilly as H.F.I.C. international sales and marketing manager for Canada.
