SELMA, CALIF. — Harris Ranch Beef is launching new Angus ground beef options for burgers and other recipes.

“Our market research shows consumers place Angus beef in a category by itself,” said Brad Caudill, vice-president of marketing for Harris Ranch. “It is what many think of as ‘the good stuff.’ We want to make Angus beef easy and convenient for people to use any night of the week.”

The new products are frozen ground beef patties and refrigerated chubs in multiple lean points. The refrigerated chubs have a suggested retail price of between $3.99 and $5.99, and the re-sealable bag of nine one-third lb frozen patties has a suggested price of between $9.99 and $11.99.
