D.D. Williamson hires application scientist

LOUISVILLE, KY. — Jennifer L. Brown has joined the science and innovation team at D.D. Williamson as an application scientist. She will focus on color solutions in bakery, snack, and savory applications.

Ms. Brown has a decade of experience working with companies in ingredient manufacturing and packaged food processing. She received a bachelor’s of science degree in food science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
