Wixon launches salad dressing seasonings

ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — Wixon, Inc. has introduced 10 seasonings for salad dressings. Curry mustard, for example, features turmeric and other spices and may be added to a dressing base. Sweet and sour Thai chili features a fusion of brown sugar, molasses and tamari soy sauce blended with garlic, onion, lime juice, shallots, green onions, peppers and toasted sesame seeds. It may be combined with a dressing base. Other new seasonings include Thai peanut ginger, Asian coconut, Cajun honey, creamy cucumber and black pepper, golden delicious apple and black pepper, maple sugar and herb, peanut ginger, and pink grapefruit vinaigrette.
