Interactive resource focuses on reduction

REDMOND, WASH. — Univar Inc. will introduce the 2011 edition of its interactive formulation resource, “Less is More,” June 11-14 in New Orleans at the Institute of Food Technologists’ annual meeting and food exposition. The resource will offer ingredient options and case studies that may assist in creating new products with less sugar, salt and fat.
“Because of our many relationships with the world’s leading ingredient suppliers, we are able to show consumers a broad range of the latest options and technologies,” said Beth Warren, marketing director for Univar Food Ingredients in the United States.
Univar will be at Booth No. 4135 at the I.F.T. event.
