Dreyer's announces senior executive changes

OAKLAND, CALIF. — Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Holdings, Inc. has named Tony Sarsam and Rhonda Ramlo to new senior executive positions.

Mr. Sarsam has been named executive vice-president of sales and operations. In his new position he will be responsible for sales, distribution, supply chain, information systems and operating business strategy for all of Dreyer’s ice cream and frozen dessert products.

He joined Dreyer’s in 2006 as executive vice-president of operations and supply chain. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with the Frito-Lay unit of PepsiCo, Inc.

He received a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from Stanford University.

Ms. Ramlo, a 14-year veteran of Dreyer’s, has been named executive vice-president of sales and operations. Earlier, she was executive vice-president of sales and distribution. Prior to joining Dreyer’s, Ms. Ramlo spent more than eight years in marketing at The Clorox Co.

Ms. Ramlo received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
