Anderson joins Fonterra Ingredients

CHICAGO — Blake Anderson has joined Fonterra Co-operative Group as director of value-added ingredients. He will be based out of Fonterra’s North American headquarters in Chicago and oversee the company’s ingredients operations in North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea.

Mr. Anderson, who was formerly with Symrise, the Campbell Soup Co. and Dean Specialty Foods, will report to Andrei Mikhalevsky, managing director of ingredients for Fonterra.

"Blake is a highly respected leader in the global food industry and brings more than three decades worth of experience to Fonterra," Mr. Mikhalevsky said. "Blake’s role will allow Fonterra to further strengthen relationships with its key customers and hone our focus on value-added business."
