CHICAGO — YoCrunch has launched a Pie Parfait line with pie crust toppings as a mix in to complement the yogurt. The line includes apple, cherry and triple berry varieties.

“Yogurt-based desserts are a growing trend going into 2012, but pie without the crust just isn’t pie,” said Ralph Tschantz, senior vice-president of marketing for YoCrunch. “Our new apple, cherry and triple berry pie parfaits are the first yogurt cups to offer real homemade pie taste complete with the satisfying crunch of crumbly crust.”

The products are made with fat-free vanilla yogurt, come in a 4-oz cup and have 120 calories. The suggested retail price is $3.19 to $3.89.
