Blend mangosteen, cocoa fruit

iTi Tropicals, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, now offers a blend of mangosteen and cocoafruit that produces an enhanced fruity flavor with moderate sweetness. The color is a medium between pink and beige. Potential applications include nectars, juices, beverages, ice cream, sorbets and yogurt.

iTi Tropicals, Lawrenceville, N.J., has been in business since Nov. 1, 1988. The company has imported more than 600 million lbs of tropical fruit puree and juice concentrate into the United States and Canada over 20 years, said Gert van Manen, president and co-founder.
