Rosemary extract protects citrus flavor

Vitiva, Markovci, Slovenia, offers an all-natural citrus-flavor protection formula in its Inolens rosemary extract line. Test results show protection at doses as low as 20 parts per million. Inolens does not alter taste, odor or color of citrus flavors or citrus-flavored food and beverage formulations.
