EAGLE, IDAHO — Peter J. Bensen has joined Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc.’s board of directors. Mr. Bensen was chief administrative officer for McDonald’s Corp. until his retirement in 2016.
Mr. Bensen spent 20 years with McDonald’s, most recently as chief administrative officer from March 2015 to September 2016. Prior to that, he was corporate senior executive vice-president and chief financial officer for the company from May 2014 through February 2015. He was corporate executive vice-president and c.f.o. from January 2008 to April 2014. Before joining McDonald’s in 1996, Mr. Bensen was a senior manager for Ernst & Young LLP.
