Beverly Carmichael has been named executive vice-president, chief people, culture and resource officer at Red Robin.
 

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLO. — Beverly Carmichael has been named executive vice-president, chief people, culture and resource officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the role, having most recently served as senior vice-president and chief people officer at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

In her new role, Ms. Carmichael will oversee Red Robin's human resource and legal teams and will report to Denny Marie Post, president and chief executive officer.

Prior to Cracker Barrel, Ms. Carmichael held various human resources and legal roles at companies including Southwest Airlines and Ticketmaster. She has a juris doctor and a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla.
