File this under “Why hasn’t anyone done this before?” Scottsdale, Ariz.-based entrepreneur Chad Manciagli is the founder of Teriacha, a brand of condiments combining teriyaki and sriracha sauces. Varieties include original, chipotle and southwest. Packaged in squeeze bottles, the sweet and spicy hybrid is shelf-stable and suitable for a broad range of dishes and cuisnes, said Mr. Manciagli, who hopes to expand the Teriacha brand as a flavor profile for snacks like jerky.
