MONTREAL — Lallemand has opened a new 21,000-square-foot technical and distribution center in Anjou, a borough in Montreal. The center will house the company’s baking development and analytical laboratory facilities, and technical, sales and distribution personnel.

“This 21,000-square-foot facility offers a testing and training environment for customers and provides support for customer applications and longer term development projects,” Lallemand said. “The new bake center is equipped to simulate and evaluate a wide variety of products and processes for fresh and frozen bakery customers.”

Lallemand said the warehouse is equipped with four loading docks, cold storage as well as temperature controlled and dry storage.
