ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Tens of thousands of industry professionals will gather in Anaheim this weekend for a taste of the latest trends in the burgeoning natural and organic marketplace. More than 3,500 exhibitors, including nearly 800 first-timers, are set to display the newest innovation at Natural Products Expo West, which runs March 8-11.

Prior to the show, Food Business News spoke with Carlotta Mast and Jenna Blumenfeld of New Hope Network, which produces the Natural Products Expos, for a sneak peek.

“We’re continuing to see a lot of staying power with things we’ve been tracking for multiple years now,” said Ms. Mast, senior vice-president of content at New Hope Network. “It’s been interesting to watch that evolution and continue to see a lot of innovation that takes these trends to the next level.”
