NEW YORK — Phil Crawford has joined Godiva Chocolatier as chief technology officer. He will be responsible for leading the brand’s integrated technology and digital innovation efforts.

Mr. Crawford has 15 years of information technology experience, most recently as head of technology at Shake Shack. Earlier in his career he helped build information technology teams and served as chief technology officer at My Fit Foods and Yard House Restaurants.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University’s W.A. Franke College of Business and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
