BATTLE CREEK, MICH. — Kurt Forche has been named vice-president and corporate controller at Kellogg Co., effective Aug. 4. He will succeed Donald Mondano, who earlier this week notified Kellogg he would be leaving the company to pursue another opportunity.

Mr. Forche joined Kellogg in 1997 as senior auditor in the internal audit department. He was promoted to financial planning director for the U.S. Snacks business in 2010 and two years later was named director of corporate reporting. He was promoted to senior director of corporate reporting in April 2014 and has been vice-president and assistant controller since December 2016.

Mr. Mondano has been with Kellogg since March 2016. Prior to Kellogg, he was vice-president of finance and corporate controller at The Manitowac Co. Earlier he held various roles of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
