DALLAS — Satyaki Lodh has been named chief information officer for Borden Dairy Co., effective immediately.

Mr. Lodh joins Borden from Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., which was recently acquired by the Campbell Soup Co., where he spent the last eight years. Most recently, he was vice-president of enterprise applications for Snyder’s-Lance, tasked with overseeing all corporate, sale and supply chain business systems. Before that, he was senior director of strategic initiatives for the company, and earlier he was program director of ERP/BI implementations. Prior to joining Snyder’s-Lance, Mr. Lodh held a variety of I.T. management roles at DS Waters of America and worked as a consultant for Tata Consultancy Services and iGate.

“Satyaki is a dynamic I.T. leader with a long-standing record of improving business performance and customer satisfaction through technology,” said Tony Sarsam, chief executive officer of Borden. “Satyaki’s experience in the C.P.G. industry, with direct-store delivery in particular, will be a major asset to Borden as technology plays an increasingly strategic role in our company.”

The addition of Mr. Lodh to the Borden team is the latest in a slew of hires for the company since Mr. Sarsam took the helm in February. The company recently named a new vice-president of Walmart Inc., vice-president of go-to-market, vice-president of engineering, chief marketing officer, vice-president of research and development and vice-president of operations.
