ATLANTA — Lisa Chang has been named chief people officer for The Coca-Cola Co., effective March 1. In this role, Ms. Chang will oversee the company’s global human resources operations.

Ms. Chang joins Coca-Cola from AMB Group, L.L.C., where she was senior vice-president and chief human resources officer since 2014. AMB Group is the investment management and shared services arm of The Blank Family of Businesses, including AMB Sports & Entertainment, the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, PGA TOUR Superstores, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, West Creek Ranch and The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.

Prior to her time with AMB Group, Ms. Chang was vice-president of human resources for international at Equifax and previously was senior vice-president of human resources at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chang held human resources roles of increasing responsibility at The Weather Channel Companies for 11 years, ultimately as executive vice-president of human resources.

Ms. Chang succeeds Jennifer Mann, who is president of Global Ventures for Coca-Cola.
