FRANKLIN, TENN. — Michael Woida has been promoted to international division president of CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc., parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. In his new role, Mr. Woida will oversee all international operations for the nearly 1,000 international locations of both Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants spanning 43 countries.

Mr. Woida has been senior vice-president of CKE’s international division for the past nine years and has held various senior leadership roles within the division since 1993. Mr. Woida began his career with Burger Chef Systems in 1976 and continued growth within the company following its acquisition by Hardee’s Food Systems in 1982.
