STAFFORD, TEXAS — Mark Welch has been named vice-president of operations for Revolution Foods’ central region, which includes Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee.
Previously, Mr. Welch was general manager of operations, district manager and director of operation for Aramark, a food service and facilities provider servicing education, health care, business, corrections and leisure.
In his new role, he will oversee regional fresh food manufacturing operations, including meal production and delivery. Revolution Foods provides child-inspired, healthy meals across 15 states.
