PHOENIX – Bar-S Foods brand FUD is joining forces with Tapatío Foods, L.L.C. to launch a new smoked sausage product featuring the fiery flavor of Tapatío hot sauce. 

Made with pork, turkey and Tapatío Salsa Picante hot sauce, the fully cooked sausages are gluten-free and contain no added M.S.G.s. The smoked sausages are available in 14-oz. packages containing six links.

FUD – which stands for fine, unique and delicious – has offered its portfolio of meats and cheeses in the U.S. for more than 60 years and has built a dominant presence in the U.S. Hispanic market.

Tapatío hot sauce has been in the American market for more than 40 years and is the No. 4 hot sauce in the country, the company said.
