NEW YORK — A new oat milk offering is joining the dairy-free beverage segment as Oath, a new organic-based company, launches its first product: Oath Organic Oatmilk with Plant Protein.

The namesake product is a ready-to-drink oat milk beverage containing 15 to 16 grams of protein and 6 to 10 grams of fiber. Packaged in 12-oz bottles, the drinks are U.S.D.A. certified organic and come in four flavors: double chocolate, matcha chai, Indian rose, and golden turmeric.

Founded by Royce Pinkwater and Andy Khiani, Oath seeks to “reinvent the saturated R.-T.-D. industry” by creating beverages with clean label, sustainable ingredients, the company said. Oath beverages contain proteins such as almonds, pumpkin seeds and oats, and natural sweeteners such as apple fiber, spices and botanicals, including saffron, ginger and cardamom. Each beverage boasts a benefit, including metabolism, mood enhancement and sustainable energy restoration.

“Andy and I share a passion for food that is so delicious, it feels like a cheat treat, yet is super healthy, it adds to your well-being,” Ms. Pinkwater said. “Together, after almost two years of tasting and testing, we created this in a grab-and-go format that works for anyone, anywhere, at any time.”

The double chocolate variety was designed to be energy boosting and endorphin releasing, according to the company. Made with organic cacao infused with organic vanilla, the beverage contains 250 calories, 15 grams of almond protein and 10 grams of fiber per bottle.

Oath matcha chai combines ceremonial matcha with chai spices, banana and oat milk to create a blend that boosts energy and restores balance, the company said. Each 210-calorie bottle provides 15 grams of pumpkin seed protein and 5 grams of fiber.

The Indian rose flavor features fennel, saffron, nutmeg and Indian rose, a combination designed to boost metabolism and enhance mood, Oath said. The oat milk contains 16 grams of almond and pumpkin seed protein, 8 grams of fiber and 220 calories per bottle.

Oath golden turmeric oat milk was designed to boost metabolism and enhance mood, the company said. The beverage blends turmeric, activated MCT oil, botanicals and spices and contains 15 grams of almond and pumpkin seed protein, 6 grams of fiber and 260 calories per bottle.

“Oath is a perfect expression of sustainability for the planet, for its inhabitants, and for myself,” Mr. Khiani said. “Living with HIV, I have always known the connection between body and mind and how food plays a huge part between the two — a healthy body, via organic, whole foods, creates a healthy mind and that, in turn, creates a healthy, sustainable environment I could connect with and it has always, without a doubt, led me to a place of peace and a greater understanding of myself and my relation to all life.”
