BELLINGHAM, WASH. — HighKey is bolstering its breakfast offerings with the addition of a new keto pancake baking mix.

Made with almond flour, tapioca flour, prebiotic fiber and oat fiber, the mix is sweetened with a blend of erythritol, allulose, stevia and monk fruit. Each serving calls for one egg and makes three 4-inch pancakes that together provide 7 grams of protein and 2 grams of net carbs. The pancake mix is gluten-free, grain-free and contains no added sugar.

HighKey pancake baking mix retails for $10.97 per 10.6-oz bag, which makes about 10 servings.

“Our followers are loyal and hungry, and our goal is to give them what they want — mouthwatering innovations that are upgrades to classic OG food favorites,” said John Gibb, co-founder of HighKey. “We are foodies who crave good stuff and aim to deliver on products that empower better eaters and keto dieters to polish off a whole bag of treats without the guilt.”

HighKey’s new pancake mix joins the company’s portfolio of grain-free, gluten-free and keto-friendly products, which includes mini cookies, instant hot cereal, sugar substitutes, nut butters and baked cheese chips.
