NEW YORK — Beyond Better Foods has joined forces with digital food media brand Delish to develop a new Enlightened Keto Collection ice cream flavor: P.B. Cookie & Brownie Dough.

The treat features vanilla ice cream packed with peanut butter cookie dough, brownie dough, chocolate chips and a peanut butter swirl. Sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol, the gluten-free ice cream contains 200 calories, 4 grams of protein, 1 gram of net carbs and less than 1 gram of sugar per ½-cup serving.

“Over at Delish, we have seen the low-carb audience grow tremendously in the last few years,” said Joanna Saltz, editorial director of Delish. “Our team works hard to bring readers keto recipes that make one forget they’re ditching carbs, and it’s working. Keto recipes and videos are the top viewed and searched on our site. This alignment with Enlightened is the perfect way to help those cutting carbs to still have a sweet treat.”

Enlightened P.B. Cookie & Brownie Dough Keto Collection ice cream was created in a deal licensed by Hearst Brand Development and is available exclusively at Whole Foods Market stores for $5.99 per pint.

“For years, Delish fans have loved hearing about our new products, especially our lowest-carb options,” said Michael Shoretz, founder and chief executive officer of Beyond Better Foods. “We couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate our dessert-loving communities than to come together to create the most whimsical keto-friendly ice cream in the aisle.”
