CLEVELAND — Cleveland Kitchen, previously known as Cleveland Kraut, is launching a line of fermented dressings and marinades featuring the company’s flavors of sauerkraut.

Made with organic sunflower oil, the plant-based portfolio is dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free and Non-GMO Project verified. All four options contain no added sugars and are sweetened with date syrup.

The Hail Caesar dressing is made with Dijon mustard, red onion, green onion, basil, thyme and fermented cabbage, garlic, caraway seed, salt and black pepper. Each 1-oz serving contains 35 calories.

The Sweet Beet offering is made with Dijon mustard, lime, black pepper, ginger and fermented red cabbage, beets, carrots and salt. Each 1-oz serving contains 45 calories.

The Gnarly Miso Jalapeño dressing and marinade is made with roasted jalapeño, fermented miso paste, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper and fermented cabbage, bell pepper, jalapeño, leeks, chili sauce, garlic and red chili. Each 1-oz serving contains 35 calories.

The Roasted Garlic variety is made with Dijon mustard and fermented cabbage, garlic, salt and black pepper. Each 1-oz serving contains 40 calories.

Cleveland Kitchen’s fermented dressings and marinades are available for $5.99 per 12-oz bottle at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide, with additional retailers planned in the coming year.
