KANSAS CITY —The global gluten-free products market size was estimated at $21.61 billion in 2019 and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 9.2% during from 2020 to 2027, according to Grand View Research. The fastest growing category within the gluten-free market is baked foods, as alternatives to pizza, pasta, cereal, snacks and more are on the rise.
