LYNNFIELD, MASS. — Pete Spanedda has been named senior vice president of sales at HP Hood LLC, effective Aug. 1. His appointment follows the retirement of Jim Walsh, executive vice president of sales, who had been with the company for 20 years.
Mr. Spanedda joined HP Hood in 2004 as director of sales and was later promoted to vice president of sales. He has helped the company triple its revenue to nearly $3 billion. Kaneb, chairman and chief executive officer of HP Hood. “We believe his expertise, leadership, and passion for the business will help propel the company into the future.”
