ATLANTA — Chick-fil-A, Inc. has announced 16-oz bottles of its signature sauces will soon be available at participating retailers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi, with a broader nationwide rollout scheduled for early 2021. Bottles of the company’s Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauces have been available at retailers in Florida since April.
Participating retailers include Publix, Kroger, Walmart and Winn-Dixie.
Chick-fil-A said 100% of the royalties it receives from third-party retail sales will support scholarships for its restaurant team members through the retailer’s Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship Initiative. The 16-oz bottles have a suggested retail price of $3.49.
“Chick-fil-A Sauce and Polynesian Sauce were offered as part of a pilot program in select Florida retailers earlier this year, and we’re excited to expand availability of our two most beloved sauces across the country,” said L.J. Yankosky, senior director of innovation and new ventures at Chick-fil-A. “Restaurant team members go above and beyond every day to care for our guests and the communities they serve. We’re thrilled that every 16-oz bottled sauce purchased from a participating retailer will help provide additional scholarship opportunities to team members, who are a key ingredient to our restaurant experience.”
In addition to offering the bottled sauces at select retailers, 8-oz bottles of signature Chick-fil-A sauces are available for purchase at participating restaurants.
