SAN DIEGO — Ryan Ostrom has been named executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Jack in the Box Inc.

He brings more than 15 years of marketing and branding experience to the quick-service restaurant chain. Mr. Ostrom most recently was chief brand officer for General Nutrition Centers (GNC). Before that he was global chief digital officer for KFC at Yum! Brands, Inc., where he helped develop the brand’s delivery, curbside, and loyalty programs.

Adrienne Ingoldt, current senior president, chief brand and experience officer at Jack in the Box, will take on a new role as senior vice president, chief customer and strategy officer. The new role will focus on strategic planning oversight, restaurant concept evolution, project management, corporate performance management, and internal and external communications.
