JERICHO, NY. – Nathan’s Famous Inc. is adding Impossible Foods, Inc.’s plant-based Impossible Burger to its New York-style Angus burger lineup, the first plant-based offering for the brand.

The burger features two ¼-lb Impossible Burger patties, four pickle chips, American cheese, two onion rings, two slices of tomato, lettuce and Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce all served on an everything-bagel seasoned bun. The launch will begin in the tri-state area and Florida with plans to expand in the coming year.

Nathan’s Famous currently distributes its products in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and 12 foreign countries through its restaurant system, foodservice sales programs and product licensing businesses.
