GLENDALE, CALIF. — Real Good Foods Co. is expanding its frozen food portfolio with the new Chicken Lasagna Bowl, featuring “noodles” made from chicken.

The grain-free, gluten-free meal is made with marinara, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese between layers of “noodles” composed of chicken breast and parmesan. Each 9-oz bowl contains 360 calories, 32 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 19 grams of fat and 11 grams of net carbs.

Real Good Foods’ Chicken Lasagna Bowl is available at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $5.99. The company offers a range of foods with carb swaps, including breakfast sandwiches with bread made from cauliflower, almonds and cheese; and pizzas with crust made from chicken.
