PHOENIX — Full-service barbecue provider Pit Boss Grills, a subsidiary of Dansons, Inc., released a new line of spices and sauces.
The new assortment features 23 spices and rubs plus 6 sauces designed to complement a variety of different foods and styles of cooking. New spice varieties include boss rub, maple chipotle rub, Kansas City BBQ rub, bold burger rub, chophouse steak rub, Memphis BBQ rub, Texas BBQ rub, Carolina BBQ Rub, Chicago BBQ rub, sweet heat rub, all-purpose GSP rub, blackened sriracha rub, fish and sea rub, smoked salt and pepper rub, honey sriracha rub, chicken and poultry rub, blackened Saskatchewan rub, prime beef rub, Southwest BBQ rub, lone star beef and brisket rub, Cajun BBQ rub, homestyle pork rub and sweet rib rub.
New sauces include Kentucky whiskey barrel BBQ sauce, sweet heat BBQ sauce and glaze, St. Louis hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce, Texas mesquite and spice BBQ sauce, Kansas City maple and molasses BBQ sauce and Memphis hickory and vinegar BBQ sauce.
