AMERSFOORT, THE NETHERLANDS —FrieslandCampina launched Kievit Vana-Monte V98, a new plant-based addition to its whipping agents portfolio.

The versatile whipping agent offers a clean taste, creamy mouthfeel and strong flavor release properties, according to the company. It also delivers a high overrun and good acid-stability. It comes with gluten-free and vegan label options and may be used in a range of desserts, including Crème Chantilly, chocolate or fruit mousse and ice cream.
