AUSTIN, TEXAS — Kettle & Fire is introducing its first bone broth made using bones sourced exclusively from regenerative farms.
The new line includes beef bone broth and chicken bone broth, made with 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef bones and pasture-raised, heirloom chicken bones. Like the rest of Kettle Fire’s portfolio, they are slow-simmered for 14 hours to create nutrient-rich broths that offer collagen, protein and other key vitamins. The new beef and chicken bone broths contain no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors and are made with organic ingredients. They are keto and paleo friendly, Non-GMO Project verified and contain no antibiotics or hormones.
“It's not enough to be good stewards to our bodies, as a company and as individuals we also need to be good stewards of our land,” said Justin Mares, founder and chief executive officer of Kettle & Fire. “By supporting those who are working to rehabilitate the health of our soil, we hope to build consumer demand for more sustainably produced products and help scale the adoption of regenerative practices across our industry.”
The new bone broths are available online through the company’s direct-to-consumer website and at select retailers nationwide for $8.99 per 16.9-oz box.
