EMERYVILLE, CALIF. — Peet’s Coffee is launching a plant-based cold brew for a limited time alongside several returning seasonal items.

The star of this year’s holiday menu is the new Holiday Spice Cold Brew Oat Latte, which combines cold brew, oat milk and Peet’s signature holiday spice mixture of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. The company also is bringing back its Holiday Blend, which features notes of Guatemalan chocolate, smooth Kenyan blackcurrant and Ethiopian candied peel with a syrupy Sumatra finish. The Holiday Blend, which also comes in decaf and K-Cup pods, is available in Peet’s coffee bars, online and in retailers nationwide.

“This holiday season is especially important as many of our customers will reunite with their loved ones after extended time apart,” said Doug Welsh, master coffee roaster at Peet’s Coffee. “So, in addition to our festive seasonal beverages, we crafted our special Holiday Blend to enjoy at home, around the table or around the fire.”

The company is bringing back its Holiday Spice Latte and Peppermint Mocha beverages, which are available in both iced and hot formats. The Holiday Spice Latte delivers notes of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves and nutmeg, swirled into hand-pulled espresso and freshly steamed milk. The Peppermint Mocha features hand-pulled espresso infused with house-made chocolate sauce, sweet peppermint and topped with whipped cream. Available exclusively to Peetnik Rewards members through the Peet’s app, the company’s new Mint Matcha Latte combines Japanese green matcha tea with steamed milk and peppermint syrup.

The holiday offerings are available through Jan. 4, 2022.
